The pelvic health-focused birth readiness course was designed by a pelvic physical therapist to help birthing women become physically READY for their birth AND recovery!
We want you to feel EMPOWERED and READY for your birth no matter the circumstances.
It’s important you know this secret… your body is amazing and was meant to do this! But as with any other major physical endeavor, things work out best when we properly physically prepare for them.
The Next 4 Part Series Class Starts February 16th meeting each Thursday evening at 6-7 PM IN OUR OFFICE!!
