Newborn Care Class: Feb 6th 6-7:30pm
• Fee: S75
• Hands-on class offered quarterly
Birth Ready Class: Feb 20th & 27th
• 2 weeks: 6-8pm each week
• Fee: $295
• Signature pelvic health informed holistic prenatal class with push prep and birth plan.

Lactation Class: Mar 12th & Sep 17th
• Fee: $150
• By Pelvic OT and Lactation Counselor
Pelvic Floor/Core 101 for Doulas: Mar 28th.
- Fee: FREE
- Times: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
