At Pinnacle Women’s Therapeutics, we’ve created a unique Residency-Style Pelvic Health Program that combines hands-on mentorship, structured education, and full-time clinical practice. About Pinnacle Women’s Therapeutics
Founded in 2017, we are the first dedicated women’s pelvic health clinic in Vancouver, WA. We serve women across all life stages—from young adulthood to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Our mission: to empower women to learn, heal, and thrive.
We focus on:
- One-on-one, longer treatment sessions
- A whole-body approach: pelvic health, orthopedics, fitness, and lifestyle support

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or eligible) Washington Physical Therapist
- Passion for pelvic health and women’s health
- A positive, compassionate communicator who builds trust with patients
- Growth mindset: eager to learn, open to mentorship, and motivated to develop expertise
- Interest in community education, workshops, or even video/social media outreach (bonus!)
What Makes This a Residency Program?
As part of this program, you’ll receive:

Structured Mentorship
Weekly 1:1 case reviews and shadowing opportunities with experienced pelvic PTs.

Progressive Training Pathway
A step-by-step curriculum covering pelvic health assessment, treatment, and integration with orthopedics and lifestyle medicine.

Professional Development
Support for CEUs, case discussions, and teaching opportunities.

Community Engagement
Hands-on experience with workshops, educational talks, and wellness events.
