About Our Practice:
Pinnacle Women’s Therapeutics was founded in 2017, with a mission to empower women to make positive decisions regarding their pelvic health and wellness.
Too many women suffer needlessly with pelvic health issues in ALL phases of their adult life from young adult to pregnancy and beyond. They are also not empowered to know what they can do to optimize their birth experience, postpartum recovery, and even their core and pelvic floor surgical outcomes. Our job is to serve the women in our community by empowering them with knowledge, guide them towards healing, and feel and be their best. We are 100% committed to helping them learn, heal, and thrive!
We have a special passion for helping women through pregnancy and beyond to get back to their active lifestyles and offer running and weight lifting coaching. Additionally, we are passionate about holistic wellness and guide many clients on lifestyle changes including reducing toxins and nutrition.
