PT, DPT

With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, I’ve dedicated the past 3 years to specializing in orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy. My journey into women’s health began during my graduate school clinical, where I observed an underserved need for attention to women’s health issues. I knew I wanted to change the narrative in my communities where painful intercourse and incontinence following birth were labeled as normal and ignored by most practitioners.

After these experiences, I pursued specialized training under Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and multiple other pelvic health mentors. Through this journey, I’ve honed my expertise in addressing a wide spectrum of orthopedic and pelvic conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, endometriosis, abdominal pain, and pregnancy/postpartum challenges.

I am a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise specialist, and love to address how the whole body works in unison with the pelvic floor muscles in day to day life. My mission is to empower women, fostering their independence to reclaim activities they cherish and feel connected with their bodies.

When I am not at work I love being outside in the sunshine walking, hiking, kayaking etc. and my goal is to travel to all US national parks. If I am not outside you can find me reading, checking out local coffee shops, or catching up on HBO documentaries with my Fiance.
