From the time us gals were in middle school and became aware of and self-conscious of our bodies, we have likely been “sucking it in”… our belly that is! After all, we have lived in a society where thin is in and flat bellies are the ideal. So it’s no wonder we may find ourselves gripping our abdominals inward frequently or all the time for some.
In this episode, I’m going to share exactly why we don’t want this to be a regular habit (our bodies don’t do so well with this) and how we can have the appearance of a flatter belly without the constant belly gripping!
