014: Tools To Save Our Relationships During COVID-19

014: Tools To Save Our Relationships During COVID-19

April 2, 2020

Where we have honest conversations with experts in all things health and happiness ranging from pregnancy through menopause… I’m Buffy Stinchfield and I’m on a mission to EMPOWER women to THRIVE instead of being the victim to the unique challenges we face.

Let’s LEARN, HEAL, & THRIVE.

As a pelvic health physical therapist and mom of 3, I’ve seen and experienced the struggles that we face as moms and know that we don’t have to do it alone! Join me as we tackle the questions and issues that are core to our experience as women and mothers.

Let’s Be Empowered Together!

Listen as I interview Taylor Pierce, a relationship and sex therapist who is currently recovering from COVID-19. She shares what her experience has been like going through and recovering from this illness as well as dives into incredibly helpful tools for us to use in our relationships with our partners during times of stress.

This topic is incredibly timely as all of us are finding ourselves in unique situations with homeschooling our kids and often working from home and having MUCH more close contact time with our partners and close family members… which may strain our relationships a great deal with the addition of the stress of this time!

Grab some earbuds, a cozy corner away from screaming kids (or just go sit in your parked car) and take a listen!
